Ivy Mak - Actor / Writer / Producer
Ivy is an actor, writer and producer. Most recently she produced the 8 x half hour TV series SWIFT STREET created by Tig Terera, with Lois Randall at Magpie Pictures for SBS. Ivy has previously worked in development and production on scripted projects for Essential Media and Entertainment, Easy Tiger and Beyond Entertainment. She has written and produced short films and webseries that have screened at festivals worldwide including NYC Webfest, die Seriale, and won awards at Asia Web Awards 2019 and Oniros Film Awards 2020 for SYDNEY SLEUTHERS created by Joanna Beveridge.

As an actor, she has a lead role in feature film CARELESS LOVE, MIFF selected and AWFF nominated short film LUCKY PEACH, and support roles in features THE DAUGHTER, THE HOME SONG STORIES and SLEEPING BEAUTY. Recent TV series credits include JACK IRISH (ABC TV), JANET KING (ABC TV) and THE GLOAMING (Stan/ ABC Studios). Ivy is passionate about telling stories from under-represented demographics in an exciting and entertaining way. Her stage play THE QUIET BROTHER was nominated for a community theatre AWGIE and she is currently co-writing and producing horror feature film MATRIARCH.
